Calabay Parc at Tower Lake is a gated vacation home community featuring a natural lake with boat ramp and a pier where guests can enjoy fishing.
There is also a clubhouse for you to use.

This home provides 4 spacious bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, 2 of which are en-suites with walk in showers.
it is a very homely comfortable home helping you enjoy your vacation 1 day at a time.

The master bathroom has 2 basin vanity as well as a walk in shower plus a large corner bath. Within the master bathroom there is a seperate toilet room.

The 2nd En-sutie bathroom has a walkin shower, toilet and vanity.

The 3rd bathroom has a tub with shower, toilet and vanity.

Master bedroom has a queen bed, with walk in closset.

The second master bedroom has a Queen bed and within the bathroom is a walkin closset.

Each of the other two bedrooms both have 2 twin beds, each room has a clooset.

There is a large flat screen TV in the sitting room and tv's in each bedroom.

The kitchen is a fully stocked and has a Stove, Microwave, Refridgerator/freezer with water dispensor, Dishwasher. Within the kitchen area is a brefast table and chairs.

This home has a games room with a pool table, fooseball table, basketball game, dart board and there are kids bikes to use.

The sitting room has a 3 seater sofa bed and 2 armchairs.

The pool is an L shape with a very nice spa. Note:- to have heat in the spa you must have pool heat and this is at an aditional cost.

Calabay Parc at Tower Lake is located on Bates Road with Highway 27, close to the Wall Mart Super Center and Southern Dunes Golf Course.
