Vintage Management Services has extensive experience in marketing, sales, and hospitality, allowing us to provide maximum occupancies for the vacation homes we manage. Vintage Management Services takes pride in being the Gentlemen of Property Management. All of our homes are located within 10 miles from the most popular vacation destinations in the world, including Disney World, Universal Studios Orlando, and Sea World, and 50-75 miles from some of the best beaches in the world.

Here is a full list of services we provide for our homeowners:

• Owners receive Net Rental income per night. All sales and tourist taxes will be paid by us on your behalf.
• Vintage Management Services has an open book policy. Homeowners may request to see statements and other bills at any time during our office hours.
• We provide many services at one low cost, including maintenance rates, pest control fees, and pool and lawn services.
• All properties are professionally cleaned and inspected upon each departure.
• Maintenance will be checked every month or on an as needed basis.
• All homeowners have the ability to view their own home account. This offers you access to reservations, statements, and availability calendars.
• All properties are required by state and county law to have appropriate licenses and insurances. We are able to obtain these licenses and insurances on your behalf if necessary.
